Quad-Core processing, up to 24TB internal storage capacity, and ready external expandability enhance this ultra-dense 2U shared storage solution for small, medium, or large IT environments. The X1600 G2 is built on a HP ProLiant DL180 G6 server chassis, with a custom motherboard supporting iLO2 remote management. There are two models of the X1600, one model contains 12 X LFF HDDs in front slots and 2 SFF HDD slots in rear and the other model contains 25 x SFF HDDs in front slots only.
